parked myself and the boys at kajang this long weekend and only after we've mopped the house (hariz has commenced crawling), emptied the laundry bin and washed the car all in one day. ironically on labour day!
got some pics to share after a superd duperb weekend last week .. it started on thurs and ended on monday so i had swell fun for its long run .. better late than never to upload these pics
thursday
way too many rules
first we went to the much overrated metrojaya warehouse sale .. minah joined us wearing red too! was a bit dissapointed with the sale cos i put high expectations bein a warehouse one but to me .. i can get the same things with the same price during a normal metrojaya sales .. didnt have patience with the crowd who acted like everything will dissapear in seconds and didnt feel like digging in the mountains of bargain bins for my sons' clothes .. i prefer to buy them off the rack or folded nicely on shelves .. the bags were overpriced despite its 70% discount and having unfamiliar brand names and the queue to the cosmectics and fragrances section was too long and not worth it .. i have too many perfume already and i've splurged on makeup last couple of months .. i guess i've sobered .. though after wards i heard they were selling crocs' sassari for merely rm69 but to brave thru the crocodiles there .. oh well ..

just got these cute picture frames for my poppets and a neck support cushion for my short driving to school. hehe
ended up goin to mydin mall in USJ to buy some school stuff there and having mustafa rojak and cendol that's heavenly. bought the monthly provisions as well since we're there and they do have wide selections of goods just like tesco .. support malaysian business ..
hazim calls the place mydim! there were two crying kids at the info counter who got separated from their parents and that ensured hazim to hold my hand firmly straight away ..
there's another reason i like mydin is cos they're the only hypermarket i know that keeps stock of this drink i'm crazy about .. i so love a cool cincau drink and we bought bottles as if they were no tomorrow ..
friday
went to school as usual but spent the whole 5 hours for rehearsals of the school's awards days. guess who got selected as the compere for english session? so had to go over the script and the pace so i dont miss names and go too fast .. that nite .. had yummy seafood for dinner .. i'm blessed living so near to the sea where prawns and squids and cockles come so fresh and cheap ..
can never get enough of cockles .. aphrodisiac?
saturday
the most awaited day finally arrived tho i dunno what became of me getting this enthusiastic over sports .. but good thing i didnt curb it much as it was one helluva nite cos the crowd at the stadium was stupendous .. i guess this is how it feels every weekend at stamford bridge or anfield.. seats filled to the brim .. the biggest crowd in malaysian football history i heard ... it was so fun to be part of the crazy supporters and both teams had really BIG supporters .. i loved the chanting and the singing and especially the winning part .. the game was horrible nevertheless and soccer ending with penalty kicks just arent my favourite but when they played queen's 'we are the champions' it felt great to be on the winning side. it was concert like too .. A very exciting experience for me and good thing that my boys behaved so well .. lil hariz was captivated by both crowd and game the whole 3 hours tho unbelievingly he sneaked a short nap midway. We WON!

feels so good when one can sleep in and stay snuggled in bed on a monday morning without guilt (cos u can if u're on fake mc day) every one else is at work or school and i am at home .. woohoo .. how lil things can fulfil me indeed .. went to KL cos papa had to go sign some stuff at the office despite his day off and then to atoks house for some family bonding ..
