#2011

2011 was a year full of love, travel and food.

I will dedicate a post just with pictures of food we devoured. 

But oh how we travelled a lot, looking back at my albums.

We practically went all over the peninsular except for Perlis.

It was a wonderful year 

and 

I felt like a total grown up when my first born enrolled for standard 1.

January 

Hazim started Standard 1.
He has Sek Agama in the mornings and Sek Keb in the afternoons.
By 8pm, dia pengsan tak sedar apa.

We spent new year at Penang.
Fariz, husband's youngest bro got married.
Wonderful food.

The second week of Jan was our side to do the kenduri
very busy with the beginning of school
and the missing camera
but all went well

After hectic and chaotic weeks of all wedding matters,
we headed to PD during the Chinese new year.
Stayed at legend water chalets
and the bonus would be a private swimming pool in each room.

                                                                                          February

We went to as many home games when the M league kickstarted.
Kids and father ecstatic to take pictures with Red giant heroes.

It was a hot February and we took off to Genting Highlands to cool down.
Despite seeming slightly dilapidated, the place still has its charm and fun.

MARCH

Anfal's wedding (a close neighbour) and Malacca trip for the short term break.
We took the river cruise for the first time
and got intrigued with how they have cleaned up the stream

 April and May

This month was pretty low key and
one of the major event would be lunch at HydraMawt
 to discuss the Pantai timur family trip.
The long labour weekend, we went to Kuala Terengganu
and Kota Bharu.
For shopping and food!
Oh glorious east coast food.

JUNE

Went to Kuala Kubu to return to nature.
Aunt went to the US and brought some souvenirs
and I bid farewell to our principal.



JULY

July is the month of birthdays and anniversaries.
We spent it with the Chelsea team when they came to town.
Siblings and cousins joined in.
Malaysian football was also at its peak then.

AUGUST

Ramadhan and Hari Raya Aidilfitri.

 SEPTEMBER

open house, open house and more open house
and some movies.

Another big wedding also happened this year.
My cousin Man and Su.

OCTOBER

Ipoh-Pulau Pinang-Alor Setar

NOVEMBER

Met with an accident.
Hari Raya AidilAdha
SPM and MUET
School Holidays commenced!

DECEMBER

Sunshine and Sea.
Love Pulau Pangkor!

  

Ending the year with a bang: Singapore!
It has always been my wish to cross the tambak
and after much obstacles,
we managed to get away for 5 days and 4 nights.
I am proud of my husband, realizing this dream for me.
The kids went joy overdose at Universal Studios.
Insya Allah, we will go again.

Salahuddin turns 1 year old.
Si gummy bear.
Ended up welcoming 2012 with the fever and flu.

Alhamdulillah

it was a great year indeed.

and I hope

2012

will be better!
