i have never lived that far from KL .. maybe except my first years in life but this is one city i just adore and would make the time to play tourist once in awhile just for the love of it.
i love exploring the streets, the knick knacks tucked in hidden spots and the many activities to fill up an easy saturday.
since we didnt have anything planned on saturday - after accepting way too-many raya invites each saturday and mak ayah's out of town - we headed to KL for gastronomic adventure and just hanging out.
went to ibrahimsha (jalan TAR) for good nasi kandar (your hand would smell of curry for a week) then queued for the best kebab in KL (i bought six) and then pasar seni for my secondhand books.

squeezed in kopitiam cham then the boys wanted to play ball so dataran it was. there was this RTM ala jomheboh thingy but no crowd so the boys enjoyed themselves.
a perfect day
til selangor got defeated by an underdog.
bye bye piala malaysia.
