one friday down, another to go ..

it was too hot to eat by the sea .. i love the beach

• So the jamuan guru went smoothly and well, though i can't say i was satisfied with the spread. It had lotsa variety from fish, squid, tiger prawns, cockles (my fav) and many more, it was too little in quantity. Because i had to take charge of prize giving, when i got back to our table of three (supposedly 4), people had packed the leftovers at my table. Luckily i got to salvage my kerangs and enjoyed it til i can take it no more. What is it with people and having to MUST tapau food after an eating event? not enough that they take so much food for themselves, greedy with the buffet, and not polishing it off .. they just hafta take back home some more. there was this lady who actually circled the tables more than once to see if there were anymore leftovers that she can pack. Urgh. i'm angry cos i went home after a big feast feeling still hungry and not satisfied. i didnt even get to taste the cake. and these are teachers .. go figure! won the lucky draw though!

• good news .. ain and nik (my sis n hubs) got their transfer to sgor. i wonder where they'll be placed .. selangor is way too big! so if i don't make it to JB end of this year, i never get to visit ain's house ever.

• well its the weekend and one more week to go .. where to go for the holidays? i'm thinking the beach again!
